Joueur: Demande D'inscription au Club

Royal Racing FC Montegnée takes pride in its player recruitment policies. It takes a keen eye to identify a player with the potential to be away from home while studying, training and performing in matches. We offer outstanding conditions for the training and development of young players both on and off the field which make the transition smoother.

The club has an ongoing policy of recruiting new players at all levels. Our aim is to build on our successes and become the regions premier football club in player development and education. It is also crucial that our recruitment plan include the on-going task of building a strong 1st team squad.

RRFC Montegnée recognizes that its underlying strength comes from its players. It must create the conditions that encourage players to stay with the Club. It must also recruit more players to take the places of those who for a variety of reasons have to leave. Recruitment is also needed to generate a sufficiently large pool of players to enable the Club to compete at all levels.

The recruitment plan will pay particular regard to young players who will form the backbone of the Club in the future. Special attention will be given to the emerging participation in the sport by women and girls.

  • The Club will use the local Media for promotion and attracting the attention of potential players to the Club.
  • The Club will consider advertising for players in the local press and in the specialist football magazines.
  • The Club will liaise with local businesses to seek to ensure that new employees are aware of the playing opportunities at the Club.
  • The Club will strive to continuously improve playing conditions, training facilities and equipment and social activities attracting players to the high standards that are achieved.
  • The Club will allocate money each year from its budget to player recruitment and retention.
  • The Club will follow a Coach Development Programme which will ensure that players are attracted to the high standards of coaching.
  • The Club will liaise with local schools and colleges to identify potential players who may wish to join the club.
  • The Club will liaise with clubs around the world and the Active Sports Programme to assist in the attraction of new players to the sport.
  • The Club will stage taster days at the start of the season to attract boys and girls to try football for the first time.
  • The Club will consider incentive schemes for Club members and players to introduce new players to the Club.
  • The Club will task the Management Committee, the Women's Committee and the Mini and Junior Committee with implementing the Recruitment Plan.
